Vintage Sierra APH-6 Ram's Horn flight helmet pilot helmet in vintage used condition as shown. I believe this is a Vietnam-era or early 70s flight helmet. It has a nice tape job with some wear and chips. Inner lining and padding have some wear as shown.

One loose black plastic piece that might be a rail for the visor, it only moves up and down a few inches, so this might need some repair.
