Vintage Us Navy Aph Pilot Flight Helmet & 54 55 56 Dated Ms22001 Oxygen Mask

  
Vintage US Navy pilot's APH hard shell flight helmet, the front crown is marked "NAVY" with a blue wing insignia, drop-down tinted face visor, flip down boom microphone, clean interior except for some deteration to the left inside ear pad, headset comms cord and plug are out the back, each side has a leather snap tab to attach the MS22001 Oxygen Mask, dated 1954,55 & 56, soft and supple rubber face mask and hose, with internal microphone and comms cord. The set was worn together and belonged to my uncle who was a US Navy SBD Carrier Pilot during WWII and continued on in the Naval Reserve after the war flying Panther Jets.
